How the free trial works
Open an account and use everything for 14 days. The trial is set to the size of the Business plan, so you can add all your staff, sites and documents and see it working at full size. We do not ask for a card to start, so nothing is charged by accident. The app tells you how many days are left.
To carry on, choose a plan and subscribe from the Billing page. You can choose any plan big enough for what you have added: with 24 current staff, for example, you need Pro or Business. Nothing you added is deleted. Subscribe during the trial and you keep the days that are left, with the first payment normally taken when the trial would have ended.
If you do not subscribe, the account is paused at the end of the trial. Your records are kept, and it all comes back the moment you subscribe.
Changing plan
An account owner or admin can move up or down a plan at any time from the Billing page. The new plan has to fit what is already in the account: to move down, your current staff, sites, logins and documents must be within the smaller plan's limits. People marked as left do not count towards a staff limit.
The change applies straight away. Stripe adjusts your next payment for the part of the month that is left.
Cancelling
There is no contract and no notice period. Cancel from the Billing page and your account stays open until the end of the month you have paid for. After that it is paused, with your records kept in case you come back. Ask us and we will delete them instead.
No VAT to add
SafetyPro360 is operated by RAD-EQUIP LIMITED, which is not VAT registered. The price you see is the price you pay, with nothing added. Payment is by card, taken monthly by Stripe.
Questions about the price
Which plan do I need?
Count your current staff, your sites and the people who need to log in. Standard covers up to 10 current staff on one site, with one login. Pro has no staff limit and covers up to three sites and five logins. Business has no limit on staff, sites or logins. Every plan has every feature, so choose by size. The trial runs at Business size, so you can add everything before you decide.
What happens when the trial ends?
You choose a plan and subscribe from the Billing page. Any plan big enough for what you have added can be chosen; a plan too small for it cannot. Nothing you added is deleted. If you do not subscribe, the account is paused: you can still log in to subscribe, and your records are kept exactly as you left them.
What if I have more staff or sites than a plan allows?
Choose a bigger plan. Standard covers up to 10 current staff and one site, Pro has no staff limit and covers up to three sites, and Business has no limit on staff, sites or logins. People marked as left do not count towards a staff limit. If you reach a limit later, move up a plan from the Billing page. If you need more than 25 GB of document storage, talk to us.
Can I change plan?
Yes, up or down, at any time. An account owner or admin does it from the Billing page. The new plan has to fit what is already in the account, so before moving down, check that your current staff, sites, logins and documents are within the smaller plan's limits. The change applies straight away, and Stripe adjusts your next payment for the part of the month that is left.

Is VAT added?
No. RAD-EQUIP LIMITED, which operates SafetyPro360, is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to the price or shown on receipts. You pay the monthly price of the plan you choose and nothing more, by card through Stripe.
Do existing free accounts change?
No. Accounts opened before 5 October 2026 stay free, on the Standard allowance: up to 10 current staff, one site, one login and 500 MB of document storage. If you need more, an account owner or admin can move up to Pro or Business from the Billing page and pay for that plan from then on.
How do I pay?
By debit or credit card, monthly. Each plan is a fixed monthly price, with no per-user charge and no paid add-ons. Payments are handled by Stripe, so your card details never touch our servers. You can update your card or download receipts from the Billing page.
